In my letter No 6 of 8th January 1856, I took the liberty of drawing attention to the desirableness of selling certain Lands at East Point, and further I beg to state: –

"And in connection with the subject

"of Land Rents, which is the main source

"of revenue, I would most respectfully draw

"parties, holders of Marine Lots, have

"greatly extended their ground from which
